Rural Support Trust is offering their support over the coming months. Each of you has been assigned a facilitator to talk to, both before and after the Grand Final. They’ll reach out if they haven’t already.

Feel free to use this service however you need—your mental health is as important as your physical health, and we want to ensure you leave this experience in the same great shape you came in!
