Supporting the future of our sector starts with supporting the people who make it possible, your team. Whether they're on farm, out selling, in the office, or on the road, young people are the backbone of our communities. With a little help, they'll not only stay longer, they'll thrive.

By covering your staff's NZ Young Farmers membership, you're helping them feel connected, valued, and proud to be part of your business and our industry.

What it provides

A sense of belonging - NZYF inspires a pride in agriculture's heritage and future, it allows nationwide connection and helps them build a network of support

Enhanced wellbeing - It provides an opportunity for staff to connect, and share challenges, and it promotes a work/life balance, relieving stress and boosting team happiness

Skill development - NZYF offers some diverse learning opportunities, practical experience through competitions and club activities,  and helps build skills that will help the wider team

Membership

Membership is only $100 per person per year. For such a small investment, you'll unlock a big return: staff who feel supported, engaged and part of something bigger than just their job. It's an easy way to show your employees that you care about their future while also strengthening retention in your workplace.
