Teenag
Exciting high school students about the food and fibre sector
TeenAg is a network of secondary school clubs that allow students to explore the food and fibre sector and learn about the opportunities available in the primary industries.
TeenAg is open to 13-18 year olds who are attending secondary school. The TeenAg membership leads to members joining an NZ Young Farmers Club, open to 16-31 year olds who are either studying or working in the food and fibre sector.
Joining a TeenAg club helps you to engage with the agriculture sector, broaden your networks, gain information about careers, try exciting new activities, develop your leadership skills, enter competitions and have a heap of fun!
Develop your leadership skills through governance opportunities and the Leadership Pathway Programme.
Get involved with scholarships, development camps, international exchanges and more. Take part in competitions, including FMG Junior Young Farmer of the Year.
Connect with people from across the food and fibre sector, learn about the industry and make new friends.
With a focus on personal growth and development, TeenAg Clubs grow leadership skills, connect students to mentors in the sector and deliver a hands-on experience with the industry.
