TIMELINE
Please see below the round allocation for the event, and make yourself aware of the arrival and start times.
Round 1 please arrive by 7:30am to be briefed and start modules at 8:00am.
Round 2 please arrive by 11:45 to be briefed and start modules by 12:15pm.

ITEMS TO ACTION
Please go through the below documents and complete the Health and Safety Induction and Waiver of Liability before arriving to the contest. You won't be able to compete until you've done so.

MAP
Upon arrival to the event, please head to the Module 1-14 area, there will be a FMG marquee to collect your contestant shirts.
You will individually be sent your ticket for entry to the show prior to the event.
Parking may be limited, so please ensure you allow for enough travel time if you have to park further away from the venue.
Please park in the Heaphy Terrace Carpark which is highlighted in yellow, then head Gate 2 for entry then to the area highlighted in red.

CLOTHING
Each contestant will receive a Bushbuck shirt and FMG hat to wear. You must wear these at all times while competing, however feel free to layer to stay warm. Please wear plain black shorts or trousers without any visible logos (it's fine to cover them up with black tape).
Please check the weather forecast and dress appropriately. Every person on site must wear closed-toed shoes.
GEAR LIST
Please bring a water bottle and snacks if you require. Lunch will not be provided as to support the local food vendors available at the Waikato A&P show around the District Event.
PRIZES
The top 8 contestants will receive a cash prize and will qualify to compete at the Regional Final.
MEDIA
We'll be taking photos and videos throughout the day to use for marketing purposes. Please let the NZYF staff member on site know if you do not want to be in any photos or videos.
