Please Note - A QR code will be sent out on Saturday morning for CONTESTANT entry into the show. Do not share this around as there are a limited number of times this code can be used which is enough allocated to Young Farmer Contestants only.
TIMELINE
The timeline is now confirmed so please take a look below for all the information about the day!
Module Host Briefing: 9:10am
Modules: 9:30am until 2:15pm
Prizegiving: 2:45 - 3:00pm (approximate)
Contestants will be split into rounds based on the distance between their club and the Practical Day location.
There will be a mandatory briefing before every round, so you must arrive on time - we can't wait for you.

ITEMS TO ACTION
Please go through the below documents and complete the Health and Safety Induction and Waiver of Liability before arriving to the contest. You won't be able to compete until you've done so.

CLOTHING
Each contestant will receive a Bushbuck shirt and FMG hat to wear. You must wear these at all times while competing, however feel free to layer to stay warm. Please wear plain black shorts or trousers without any visible logos (it's fine to cover them up with black tape).
Please check the weather forecast and dress appropriately. Every person on site must wear closed-toed shoes.

PRIZES
The top 8 contestants will receive a cash prize and will qualify to compete at the Regional Final.
MEDIA
We'll be taking photos and videos throughout the day to use for marketing purposes. Please let the NZYF staff member on site know if you do not want to be in any photos or videos.
