Modules

Let us know what your modules are, what equipment you might need, and how much space you require. If you are hosting a module for more than one age group, you'll need to submit separate forms.

Videos

Resubmit new video files for us to play at the Friday & Saturday evening shows.

Even if your video is one we have already used, submitting a new file ensures we play the correct videos at all our Grand Final events.

Please ensure you exclude any competitor brands in your videos.

Tickets

Tickets will be available soon. 

Please reserve the number of your allocated tickets you wish to claim. You can also purchase further tickets along with your allocated quota.

All allocated tickets will require your sponsor code to access - this will be emailed to you.

All unclaimed tickets will be released to general admission.

Container

Our container will be leaving Christchurch in mid June. 

Any equipment must be in the container by this date.

Prizes

Please let us know what prizes you will be giving. 

It's much easier for our team to have prizes in advance to pack and correctly write them into the script :)

Sponsor Hub

We'll have a Sponsor Hub again this year. Please let us know if you'd like to be a part of this, and how much space you require.

X-Site is our event hire contractor that manages this. 

Please note that there are additional costs involved.

Quiz Questions (Optional)

All sponsors have the option to submit quiz questions from their field of expertise. 

We must offer a variety of topics to assess the contestants' breadth of knowledge. Your questions will be reviewed by the Question Committee, but their selection is not guaranteed.

Vetting

We are required to complete background checks for all Grand Finalists to ensure suitability to represent the Contest and our Sponsors. 

Please complete the Police Vetting Form and return it to us with a copy of your drivers license (front and back)

We'll also complete media checks which will include all of your social media accounts.

Please be aware that you are now a representative of NZ Young Farmers and anything you post directly impacts you, the organisation, and our Sponsors.

Health & Safety

Please refresh yourself of our health & safety policy.

Note: high viz is not to be worn by any person on site who is not staff, contestant, committee, or volunteer. Supporters wearing high viz will be asked to remove it.

Your mental health is just as important as your physical health. In the upcoming months you'll face an increased workload and pressure, but please know that we're here to support you in any way we can. 

You must advise us if you sustain any new injury before the Grand Final. 

Innovation Project

You'll receive information about the innovation project prior to the workshop. 

You are required to send 4 copies of your report - all bound and presented in a report format.
