ITEMS TO ACTION
Please go through the below documents and complete the Health and Safety Induction and Waiver of Liability before arriving to the contest. You won't be able to compete until you've done so.

MAP & ENTRY
Use the Brucefield Avenue main entrance and head towards the NZYF marquee before heading to main rugby field.
As another event is taking place on the grounds, please provide your name at the entrance to receive complimentary entry.
CLOTHING
Each contestant will receive a contest shirt and FMG hat to wear. You must wear these at all times while competing, however feel free to layer to stay warm. Please wear plain black shorts or trousers without any visible logos (it's fine to cover them up with black tape)
Please check the weather forecast and dress appropriately. Every person on site must wear closed-toed shoes.

PRIZES
The top 8 contestants will receive a cash prize and will qualify to compete at the Regional Final.
MEDIA
We'll be taking photos and videos throughout the day to use for marketing purposes. Please let the NZYF staff member on site know if you do not want to be in any photos or videos.
