All Contestants, Volunteers and Supporters are invited to the opening ceremony. It's a great way to meet everyone and get excited about the weekend ahead!
Friday: Practical Day
Come along for all the action! AgriKidsNZ, FMG Junior Young Farmer of the Year and FMG Young Farmer of the Year Contestants compete alongside each other through their practical challenges.
Friday Night: Speeches and Junior Awards
Friday we celebrate our AgriKidsNZ and FMG Junior Young Farmer of the Year Contestants with the Face-Off Quiz and awards. We also hear the FMG Young Farmer of the Year speeches.
Saturday Night: Grand Final Awards
The grand finale! It's going to be an awesome night as we enjoy the famous Buzzer Quiz, celebrate all things Young Farmers, and find out who will be our Season 56 FMG Young Farmer of the Year.

This year the Waikato Bay of Plenty Young Farmers region is the host of the Grand Final.
With over 800 people expected to descend on Hamilton, we have put together a bunch of fun things that you can add to your to do list!
The FMG Region-Off is back
AgriKids, FMG Juniors and FMG Young Farmers Grand Finalists will team up for a regional rural showdown, earning points through challenges, your support, and winning the 2024 titles!
The prize? Provincial glory - and $5,000 for a local cause!
