NZYF Supporters Club: Terms and Conditions

Personal Information

When joining the NZYF Supporters Club, the NZ Federation of Young Farmers Incorporated (NZ Young Farmers) may ask you to provide personal information, such as your name, address, telephone number, email address and payment details, to process your subscription.

We use this information to:

• Process your Supporters Club subscription and payments.
• Send confirmation of your subscription and payment receipts.
• Keep you informed about NZYF, upcoming initiatives and other activities.
• Share updates, offers and benefits available to NZYF Supporters Club members.
• Communicate with you by mail, email and newsletters.

Subscriptions and Payments

Membership of the NZYF Supporters Club requires a minimum contribution of $30, with the option to choose a higher contribution amount.

By joining the Supporters Club, you authorise NZ Young Farmers to charge your nominated payment method on a recurring basis in accordance with the subscription option selected at sign-up. You are responsible for ensuring your payment details remain up to date and that sufficient funds are available to process your subscription payments.

Receipts

Payment confirmations and receipts will be provided for processed subscription payments. Supporters Club subscriptions are not necessarily eligible for tax-deductible donation receipts. Please contact NZ Young Farmers if you require clarification regarding your contribution.

Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel your Supporters Club subscription at any time. Cancellation will stop future recurring payments in accordance with the applicable cancellation process. Any payments already processed are non-refundable, except where a refund is required by law or approved by NZ Young Farmers.

If you believe a payment has been processed in error, please contact NZ Young Farmers to discuss the matter.

Authority to Make a Payment

By joining the NZYF Supporters Club, you confirm that you are authorised to use the nominated payment method and agree to the subscription amount and payment terms selected at sign-up. You agree to notify NZ Young Farmers of any unauthorised use of your payment details or any issues with your subscription payments.
