About the Contest Series

Showcasing the talent of young farmers

FMG Young Farmer of the Year is a chance for NZ Young Farmers members to challenge themselves, have a bit of fun and show their fellow Club members what they’re made of.

  • Members from all across our community come together to support one another and get involved in a new challenge.
  • From competing to mentoring, convening to committee positions, options for members to get involved are endless.
  • Members are encouraged to get involved in whatever way they can. Whether they want to compete and become the next winner, or convene their local event.
