Season 57 Grand Final Livestream: Conditions

1. General
1.1. The paid livestream is hosted by New Zealand Young Farmers (NZYF)
1.2. These terms govern the purchase and use of the livestream link.
1.3. By purchasing access, you agree to comply with these terms.

2. Eligibility
2.1. You must be at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a parent or guardian to purchase access to the livestream.
2.2. The purchase of the livestream is for personal, non-commercial use only.

3. Access and Use
3.1. Upon successful payment, you will receive login credentials to your spefcified email to access the livestream.
3.2. The livestream link is non-transferable and must not be shared with others. Sharing your access credentials may result in termination of access without a refund.
3.3. The livestream may be accessed on one device at a time unless otherwise stated.

4. Payment and Refunds
4.1. All payments for the livestream are final.
4.2. Refunds will not be issued unless the livestream is cancelled or there is a technical issue caused by us that prevents access for longer than 30 minutes.
4.3. In case of eligible refunds, please contact events@youngfarmers.co.nz within 10 days of the livestream taking place.

5. Intellectual Property
5.1. The content of the livestream is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
5.2. You may not record, reproduce, distribute, or broadcast the livestream or any portion of it without prior written consent from us.

6. Technical Requirements
6.1. You are responsible for ensuring you have a stable internet connection and a compatible device to view the livestream.
6.2. We are not responsible for any interruptions or inability to access the livestream due to issues on your end, such as device compatibility or internet connectivity problems.

7. Livestream Availability
7.1. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel the livestream due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will be notified and may be eligible for a refund or alternate access.
7.2. Livestream content may be subject to change without notice.

8. Limitation of Liability
8.1. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the livestream.
8.2. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the livestream access.

9. Privacy
9.1. Any personal information you provide during the purchase process will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
9.2. By purchasing access, you consent to the collection and use of your information for the purposes of providing the livestream.

10. Termination
10.1. We reserve the right to terminate your access to the livestream if you violate these terms.
10.2. In cases of termination due to a breach of these terms, no refund will be provided.
