Jack Taggart is a 27-year-old dairy farmer from Mid Canterbury who recently won his first FMG Young Farmer of the Year Regional Final after six attempts. With a background in agriculture, farm management and agribusiness, he has worked across farming, agronomy and irrigation technology.
Jack is passionate about continuous learning and values the strong connections and opportunities Young Farmers provides. Outside of farming, he enjoys coaching squash and taking on new challenges.

The best thing about my Young Farmers club is that they do great events and have high attendance, key members put a lot of time into supporting me heading to Grand Final.
