Donating to NZYF: Terms and Conditions

Personal Information 
When making a donation, the NZ Federation of Young Farmers Incorporated (NZ Young Farmers) may ask you to submit certain personal information (such as your name, address, telephone number, email address and credit card information) so we can process your donation. We use this information to:

• process your donation;
• provide your with a receipt;
• send acknowledgement letters thanking you for your donation;
• keep you informed about upcoming fundraising initiatives and other activities of NZ Young Farmers
• communicate with you through mail, email and newsletters.

Any donation made through this website is subject to our Privacy Policy. Please read the Privacy Policy here carefully before using this website to make an online donation.

Receipts 
Tax donation receipts will be issued within 10 working days of your transaction being processed if you have provided your address details.

No Refunds
NZ Young Farmers will not refund donations if you have changed your mind. For this reason, we ask that you make your choice to donate carefully.

Authority to make a donation
If you are making a donation, you warrant that you have the authority to make the donation. You warrant to NZ Young Farmers that you are making the donation in your own right and with full authority and indemnify NZ Young Farmers from all or any claims made by any persons claiming such transactions to be unauthorised.
