Conditions of Event Attendance

Code of Conduct:
a. Attendees are expected to behave respectfully towards other attendees, event staff, and participants.
b. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the event premises without refund.

Security Checks:
a. Prohibited items, such as weapons, illegal substances, or any other item deemed dangerous or inappropriate by the organizers, will not be allowed inside the event premises.

Health and Safety:
a. Attendees are responsible for their own health and safety during the event.
b. Attendees must adhere to all health and safety guidelines, protocols, and instructions provided by the organisers and venue staff.
c. Attendees are encouraged to maintain good personal hygiene, including regular handwashing and use of hand sanitisers available at designated locations.

Photography and Recording:
a. Attendees may take photographs or record video footage for personal use only.
b. Attendees may be captured in event photography or recordings, and by attending the event, they consent to the organisers using such media for promotional purposes.

Changes and Cancellations:
a. The organisers reserve the right to make changes to the event program, venue, or schedule at any time without prior notice.

Liability:
a. Attendees acknowledge that participation in the Event is at their own risk.
b. The organisers, sponsors, and venue owners shall not be held liable for any personal injury, illness, loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings that may occur during the event.

By attending the FMG Young Farmer of the Year and NZ Young Farmers events, attendees agree to comply with these terms of entry and any additional instructions or regulations communicated by the event organisers or venue staff. Failure to adhere to these terms may result in denial of entry or removal from the event without a refund.
