Ella Zwagerman

food technology
Ella is currently a Food Technologist at Silver Fern Farms. She grew up on a Dairy Farm in Southland and has always had an interest in food production. I am incredibly privileged to be in a role that allows me to be able to connect my passion for food with agriculture. 

I recently graduated from Otago University where I studied Consumer Food Science and Human Nutrition, and I am currently completing my Master in Sustainable Business.
